      Introduction to meditation

By practicing simple meditation and mindfulness techniques for a few minutes each day we can greatly improve our health and well-being, our relationships and our understanding of who we are.

All six sessions from the hour-long ‘Introduction to meditation & mindfulness’ sessions are included in the day to enable you to choose which form of meditation works best for you: What are mindfulness & meditation, relaxation. F.A.Q.s and meditation with sound. Meditation with voice. Meditation with visualisation & meditation tools. Meditating with open eyes, moving meditation. Becoming the Observer.

By the end of the day you will have the confidence to try a variety of meditation techniques at home and to choose which techniques best suit you, so you can develop an effective personal practice and meditate your way to a more relaxed, healthy and fulfilling life.   Book

Learn meditation and mindfulness techniques to improve health, well-being and vitality. It is only through self acceptance, love and release of the non-essentials of life that we realise true fulfillment. Learn how to teach simple yet effective meditation and mindfulness techniques to children and young people – help them to deal calmly and positively with the challenges of growing up in today’s hectic society. Based on the wisdom and practice of traditional meditation and mindfulness techniques, this course provides a variety of techniques which appeal to young people of all ages.
