Mindful nature walks or Forest Bathing are run in partnership with the local Wildlife Trusts at some of their most beautiful nature reserves.
Being with nature gives us the opportunity to connect with the wonder and healing power of the natural world. Join me for guided, meditative walks in beautiful locations; relax in stillness and let nature soothe and restore you to a place of serenity.
Awaken to the purity of the first snowdrop, the clarity of a blackbird’s song, the glory of autumn leaves. Each moment in nature can return us to a place of childlike wonder and help to develop a real, lasting sense of well being. Breathe deeply and smile!
Mindful walking involves a gentle, guided, stroll through beautiful countryside incorporating mindfulness, for example:
- mindful listening,
- mindful walking &
- extra sensory meditation
We endeavour to develop a strong connection with the natural world, improving our relationship with nature and each other through a gentle appreciation of the interconnectedness of all things. It is extraordinary what we can experience if we allow ourselves to become still and be with the natural world.
Guided mindful-walking sessions cost £10. Walk dates change each season, check the events page for more information.
Walks go ahead whatever the weather, so check the forecast and dress appropriately.
Groups are kept small, advance booking is essential.
Please bring a drink (and snack).
