Classes scheduled every Wednesday 6.30-7.15 p.m. and Thursday 10.00-10.45 a.m. (mix and match the times to suit your schedule).

In response to the Coronavirus outbreak we will be running online mindfulness meditation courses and classes. The Introduction to Mindfulness course will be presented via zoom, to register your interest please contact Jane
Each session will be interactive to give you the opportunity to develop a real understanding of mindfulness, its benefits and how to use mindfulness to bring well-being to your everyday life. Each week we build our skills and knowledge until you feel confident to use mindfulness to deal with life’s challenges, bringing a new sense of calm, space and well-being to your life.
Mindfulness can provide a genuine antidote to feelings of stress and anxiety at this challenging time.
Each class normally costs £10. During the Coronavirus outbreak I am able to offer free courses to key workers and am open to donations if, like me, your income has been reduced.
