Light-heart online Introduction to Mindfulness classes run on Thursday afternoons 1.30-2.30 p.m. and Thursday evenings 7.30-8.30 p.m., in 8 week blocks (you can mix and match the times to suit your schedule). The Introduction to Mindfulness course will be presented via zoom.
Each session will have the opportunity to be interactive, to give you the opportunity to develop a real understanding of mindfulness, its benefits and how to use mindfulness to bring well-being to your everyday life. Each week we build our skills and knowledge until you feel confident to use mindfulness to deal with life's challenges, bringing a new sense of calm, space and well-being to your life.
Each class costs £10. During the Coronavirus outbreak I am able to offer classes for a voluntary donation, if your income has been reduced.
