Introduction to meditation and mindfulness, 6 week course deposit




There are six hour-long ‘Introduction to meditation & mindfulness’ sessions. By practising simple meditation and mindfulness techniques for a few minutes each day we can improve our health and well-being, our relationships and our understanding of who we are. Classes cost £10 per session, with half the full amount required as a deposit in advance (£30), and £5 per week thereafter.Introduction to meditation page.
